General Course Description:
The goal of this course is to provide entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and knowledge to expand their businesses into the U.S. market. Participants will learn to understand the U.S. business and venture capital ecosystem, the steps to create a company, and key aspects of accounting and state regulation. By the end of the course, entrepreneurs will be equipped to navigate and face the initial challenges and opportunities of the U.S. market.
Module 1: U.S. Ecosystem
Objective: Understand the dynamics of the U.S. ecosystem by analyzing key aspects such as statistical data of different states and cities, support and acceleration ecosystems, distribution of funding centers and investment funds, business culture, the importance of contract types, and the fundamental role of lawyers and accountants in starting a business.

- Introduction to support ecosystems, including incubators and accelerators.
- Insights into the distribution and types of investment funds.

- Legal and accounting basics necessary for establishing a business.
Module 2: Business Creation and Acceleration
Objective: Explore business creation and acceleration in the U.S. business environment. Through practical cases, participants will visualize how startups are structured and grow, identifying effective strategies to increase productivity and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in a competitive market.

Participants will learn how to identify and present key elements necessary for securing a successful investment.
